Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
